Downtown Safe Trick or Treat: Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 3-6 pm. For a fun, safe Halloween event, children and their parents are invited to Trick-or-Treat along State Street and the Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center. All participating businesses will display an “orange ghost” and balloons in their window. Please come in costume to receive a special treat. Don’t forget to bring a Trick-or-Treat bag! Participating locations are on State Street and side streets from Gutierrez to Micheltorena Street.

Calle Real Halloween ExtravaganzaThursday October 31, 2013. The Calle Real Shopping Center will present a safe and sane Halloween celebration complete with an amazing Tunnel of Terror (Courtesy of the Pet House), a Train Ride, Face Painters, a Balloon Guy, Photo Booths and Bounce Houses! Kids can also check out the AMR Ambulance and the Santa Barbara County Fire Truck! Bring the kids to the Calle Real Center, between Patterson and Fairview for an exciting Halloween celebration. Many merchants will be in costume and will have their stores outfitted in scary decorations. There will be lots of candy and give-a-ways for the kids. So much fun you will scream!

Halloween Spooktacular at The CollectionSaturday October 26, 2013 at 2:00 PM - fun for kids of all ages and their parents as well. Radio Disney will be on hand, and kids will have plenty to do. There will be 5,000 pounds of pumpkins available for decoration, a costume parade, a magic show, as well as Color Me Mine Halloween ornament making and Panera Bread cookie decorating. Get into the fall spirit and join the wicked fun!
